A cozy and welcoming spot for breakfast near the lake, with both indoor seating and a veranda. The atmosphere is friendly and attentive, making it a pleasant place to relax. Food quality is good, and prices are fair for what you get—not cheap, but reasonable. It’s also kid-friendly thanks to the spacious layout, though there’s no dedicated kids’ menu. Just note there’s no parking available. If you're looking for another option in the area, Crust Pizza Tirana is also worth checking out.

As Americans living abroad, this was such a sweet spot! We were just in Tirana for a few days- we had breakfast and loved it so much we went back for dinner! Though everything was delicious, the service was the best part. Incredibly attentive servers & such a fun but peaceful atmosphere! They take card (you can also add tip to the card if you don’t have cash), have an upstairs and downstairs, great variety of American style breakfast, lots of delicious burgers/sandwhiches/salad options, and coffees. If we ever come back to this city we will be here again!! 🤩

We have been to Tony's several times. The atmosphere is relaxed and pleasant. The staff are friendly, patient and helpful. My 15 yr old grandson rated his burger and spicy chicken sandwich as 10/10. We also had the chicken wings and fries ; both delicious. I recommend saving room for The brownie with ice cream for dessert. We will be returning to try their brunch. They accept cash and cards.
