Villa Domenico Korçë

Villa Domenico is a small bed and breakfast with four rooms. The rooms are beautifully furnished and spacious enough. The beds are very comfortable. The location is great, right at the edge if the old market and all other parts of the old city are easily within reach. Parking is very easy, at a location nearby. The housekeeper that arranges the rooms and serves breakfast was super friendly, very responsive, and provided us with great advice about the city and where we could find good quality local products, that were served for breakfast. Highly recommended!

I'll start by saying that we are still staying at the hotel, but I couldn't wait till we check out for the review! First of all: The location is exactly as we wanted to be. In the centre of the old town of Korca. It has restaurants and bars within walking distance and a really good atmosphere when you walk around the old town. Secondly, even though a small misunderstanding took place at the beginning of our arrival, they managed to solve it and avoid any inconvenience it might have happened. Great and fast customer service. The rooms are extremely clean and well maintained. The mattress is amazing, the bathroom is spotless and the interior design has been taken care of, till the tiny detail. It seems that people who have invested in it, really care about what they are providing and don't see clients just as money machines. The breakfast is great. For sure it fills you up. The first ingredients are really good (the best petulla I ever had!) and the restaurant's aesthetic is so cozy and great (amazing chairs, by the way), that it's a petty It doesn't work as a restaurant but only serves breakfast. Last but not least, the lady who works here, who makes breakfast and also cleans the rooms and also is here for the check ins, it's the hotel itself. I mean she is a gem and the owners should take good care of her, since she is running it all by herself. She is always polite, she takes responsibility for mistakes that aren't hers, she is willing to help you out for anything you might need. Generally, she is the spirit of a beautiful hotel. Don't think about it twice, just book your room!
