June 2024 Location Central Price 5€+ Elevator to go at the top, has a nice view of the city, can be romantic at night. You have a chance to smoke in the outdoor balcony. Most of the staff is friendly and with a sense of humor. There is a kid corner area which makes the place family oriented too. Not much to say about the music but the dishes have plenty of variety. You can get good value for the money and plenty of things to try while also eating something healthy and delicious. They were very kind also to adapt to certain requests out of the menu. It is worthy to give it a try.

Their lunch specials are great. Amazing view over the city. The gate is a bit hard to find, there's an elevator if you walk past Caramel cafe then into the arch. Definitely worth visiting if you're in Shkoder! Online menu in the qr code.

We went in to have some premium experience but we were disappointed thoroughly. Food is average. Waiter has no interest in serving. We asked for water without ice 2/3 times and even after that water came after main course and with ice. Vegetarian and fish soup he swapped with people.
