really disappointed with the lowered quality over time. my and my brother have been clients since the day the place opened and we have noticed that the drinks they make don't taste the same compared to the time the place just opened. the boba pearls have been all clumped up and tasteless (maybe from being a bit old) for our 2 recent orders we have made over this month. still the staff is really kind and helpful and the ambient feels very friendly. such a shame cause the tea milk is tasty and we are such huge fans of this place

I tried this bubble tea, and it was absolutely delicious! The flavors were perfectly balanced, and every sip was so refreshing. The chewy tapioca pearls added the perfect touch of texture, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. I loved it so much that I can’t wait to have it again. It’s definitely one of the best drinks I’ve tried in a while!

Ive always ordered or had a drink at Yumi and usually had no complaints. The tea was yummy and even though the tapioca pearls were sometimes clumped up, I still enjoyed the drink. I tried ordering something new this time (matcha bubble tea with tapioca pearls) and not only was there way too much matcha for the small portion (it was extremely bitter and the texture was super grainy) but the tapioca were also very overcooked and clumped together and would barely pass through the straw. I threw the drink away because for the first time i couldn't have more than 3 sips. I did not want to leave a bad review but I fear if it's not addressed, there won't be any measures taken. Please if a certain drink is hard to make properly, train the staff or don't add it as an option on the menu.
