Taverna Apollo

Speaking of local, this is as local as you can get. No English over here. We arrived around 18h30 and they just wanted to close but gave us a table anyway! 5 minutes later another Australian duo women came sit next to us and asked if it was real food over here. We had the dish of the day (stew of peas, carrots, patatoes, meat), the soup with meatballs and a Greek salad. After that we also ordered a plate with a mix of cheese and peppers that the women next to us ordered. And yes, it was real food! We got the check from the old man who only speaks Albanian, he came sit with us and wrote everything on a paper. So cute, really amazing. Only cash. We paid 1880 for food and drinks so for this experience giving a tip was no question for us. We ate better here than where we ate last night (where we paid almost tripple the price). This is a real local family restaurant that you have to check out!

Small and cozy family-run typical restaurant. They are very kind, the food is good and it's really cheap . The qofte soup is really delicious. Recommended.

Homemade and fresh food. Really tasty. The staff friendly and cheerful. I totally recommend this place.
