I had an unforgettable lunch experience at this restaurant in Gjirokastër. Everything was simply exceptional — from the food to the atmosphere. The dishes, mostly grilled, were bursting with flavor and clearly prepared with great care and tradition. Every bite was a delight, full of rich, authentic taste that left me wanting more. The setting was equally impressive. The ambiance was warm and inviting, with a perfect view overlooking the charming cobblestone streets of Gjirokastër. This is a small family run restaurant besides the Mosque. We thoroughly enjoyed the food. We ordered the Kofte which i highly recommend. There was a burst of flavour and the meat so tender and juicy. Fresh herbs sprinkled on top just enhanced the flavour. The owners were really hospitable. Would highly recommend this hidden gem.

The food was absolutely delicious – one of the best meals I’ve ever had! Everything tasted fresh and homemade. I especially loved the traditional Albanian dishes – full of flavor and beautifully presented. The portions were generous, and the prices were very reasonable. I truly recommend this place to anyone visiting Gjirokastër. If you’re looking for great food, excellent service, and a warm atmosphere, Simple is the place to be. I will definitely come back!
