Restaurant La Petite

The place is really cool to have lunch or dinner. The terrace is right in front of the sea. The service is also on point. Thanks to Constantine we had a really nice time. Because of the location and service I would recommend it. However it’s not the place to be to try the authentic Albanian cuisine.

Spent one week in Saranda and ate here four times, we were very satisfied each time. The seafood mix, mussels, octopus and casserole were all good so was the house wine at a very fair price. The service was fantastic from our server Konstantin, his sister was nice too!

We were looking forward to visiting this place based on what we had seen from the reviews. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed by the experience we had. It all started with us only being pointed in a direction towards the table we were going to and not shown to, as is usual. They put a dirty tablecloth on the table, and there was an empty napkin stand with some salt and pepper there. When they took our order, they were empty of both the food and drink we wanted. We were suggested another beer at the same price, which was significantly smaller in size, and found us another dish to eat. After a while we got a bottle of Corona which was coated in salt, especially at the top where you had to drink from as you didn't get a glass. The beer therefore tasted mostly salt. They brought our cutlery on a plate, but just left it at the end of our table and left without laying it out. The food tasted good and there were large portions, but that is the only thing that brings our rating up. They started taking off the table while one of us was still eating. Throughout our stay it seemed like the staff taking our and others order didn't care at all and gave complete f... We won't be back anytime soon.
