Pastaria 3 - Qendër

This is a cool and casual pasta spot that’s great for an inexpensive lunch. Between restaurant patrons and online orders, I think they may be understaffed because my simple plate took quite a while to arrive. The pasta itself was tasty, the server was professional, and the space was clean and bright. I would recommend this spot, but give yourself some time in case they take a little longer than expected.

Overall good experience. Not the best pasta I have ever had but for the price, it's worth the money. The interior is nice and the service was quick and efficient.

It was one of my worst experiences on a happy tour of Albania... if you don't know English or know little, I say don't go. The waiter looks bad and doesn't care, the pasta is not cooked. I wish I had eaten pie :(
