Mon Chéri Coffee Shop

It was a pleasurable experience compared to other coffee shops here in tirana. The staff was quick and very kind and had a variety of foods and drinks to be honest , more than other palves. The coffee shop was located on a good spot and a quiet place where at least for my stay there they werent many cars moving or a lot of noise. The ambient was good but the coffee was average, not bad but not great either despite the fact that i got the best and most expensive coffee they had. The foods were fresh and warm.

Rude service. I had sat without ordering because I was waiting for a friend. After 15 minutes, a server asks if I want to order. I tell her "no, thanks, I'm waiting for someone" and she replies "you've been waiting for two hours" in the rudest tone when I'd only been there for 15 minutes. I asked my friend to meet me elsewhere and immediately left. Management need to teach their servers basic respect and etiquette.

This place doesn’t offer payment with card, the staff aren’t really helpful nor friendly. They look at clients weirdly if you haven’t ordered yet.
