Mandarine Restaurant was established in 2018. It is part of Marina Bay Resort & Casino and offers a unique fine dining concept with a Mediterranean cuisine that focuses primarily on seafood. Fresh fish, delivered daily to our restaurant, is minimally processed to preserve its authentic flavor. It is then complemented with olive oil from the "Kanina" region, a protected area in the city of Vlorë,and fresh vegetables sourced daily from local farmers in the Vlorë area. Mandarine Restaurant also boasts a diverse wine menu, featuring 600 different labels from around the world. Our mission is to provide our guests with a unique experience in food, service, and ambiance, enhanced by the breathtaking view from Mandarine’s balcony, overlooking the stunning island of Sazan!
