The restaurant and food are average. The service is not even for rating 1. Classic thieves who try to cheat tourists in exchange of money Euro-Albanian lek. The restaurant normally has a lower exchange rate of 95 lek for 1 euro, and it goes for 104 lek. When I told the waitress to round the bill to 27 euros instead of 25e.37 and take the tips and give me back 3 euros in change, a male waiter came and instead of 285 lek per restaurant rate, they only refunded me 85. When I asked what this was, they tried to convince us that we were wrong. Since I'm not crazy and I don't like being made a fool of and I stick to my principles, I didn't give up. After 5 minutes of discussion, they brazenly return 30 euros to me and force me to go to the exchange office, even though they know that exchange offices are closed at that time. Nevertheless, the kind guy from the pizzeria across the street gives me 3000 lek for 30 euros. I go back and get a change of almost 600 leka instead of the 85 they gave me the first time in restaurant. Who is right? Avoid these scammers.

Worst lunch we've ever had (the mixed meat plate is absolutely disgusting, meat hard like leather and the egg soup was barely edible). One waiter was not at all into service, the other guy was however a bit friendlier. They want you to pay with euro and will say they don't have any change, but we were lucky to be able to settle the bill together with other guests and could therefore get the right change back. Way too expensive for what you get, a classic tourist trap.

The place is ok because there is a pergola in the shadow, but it trully seems much better from the outside that it does from the inside; moreover entering into the building, as the toilets are very dirty. The menu is quite short, but it does shrink even more as our choices were not available. Us having to choose between the only options left. Quite average quality to be honest The service was numerous, one working all the time while other two were having drinks and not helping the other to serve and leaving all for a woman to clean. We felt that we could not be attended enough when only a quarter of the workers was working. Is not nice to see the boss treating the young personal to do everything while having a beer in front of the customers, we felt that the situation was uncomfortable.
