It is a simple cafe bar with good coffee and cold Korça beer from the fridge. No longer a pizza palace. Some front pavement seating, then a terrace with a retractable roof and then inside seating. Ic and Flic think 180 Lek for a 0.33l cold bottle is probably the best value yet. Nice late afternoon locals spot to watch the world go by and meet the local cat.

Don't, pleeeease do not buy the red wine from them! Even the fact that it costs 150 lek per glass (and the staff likes to emphasize it!) does not justify the taste and smell of a liquid that's half vinegar half watered down unfresh leftovers of wine. Completely undrinkable and quite disgusting.
