Our old Kulla (tower), recently refurbished, is equipped with everything you need on your vocations. In a more than 130-year-old traditional tower, we have 12 different rooms adapted for your accommodation. We offer shared and private rooms, depending of you. We also offer Camping space equipped with toilets & showers; woods etc... What makes it unique is its view over the whole Thethi village, surrounded by peaceful mountains. The Neighborhood Shpella Guesthouse is located in really heart of the village, surrounded by Albanian Alps. Just few meters away from the guesthouse you can visit old monuments: Kulla and The Church, and you can learn amazing stories there!!! There is a fresh and beautiful river, just down of the gueshouse. Also few minutes away you will be fascinated with the waterfalls and water spring - called Blue Eye!! We are located in the heart of trails cross of which you can visit the whole area of Albanian Alps. Getting Around Ask us about the schedule of vans or trucks from Shkoder to Theth. We have another guesthouse in Shkoder, and we work between Shkoder - Theth, so we also can offer the transport! Other Things to Note Shpella Guesthouse is located in the heart of the beautiful village Theth, right in the middle of the Albanian Alps, providing all the tradition that can be offered by this historic and mystic land. We are situated between the church and the tower of isolation, in a magnificent lawn, from which the river flows rapidly. Since the beginning of time, our ancestors offered their homes and were being hospitable to visitors, a tradition which they fanatically preserve even today. Shpella Family was one of the first families to open their house for tourists. Here you can find the traditional hospitality this area is recognized for, high quality accommodation in our old tower, fresh and organic traditional food (product hand-picked and produced in our farm) and many other leisure and relaxing possibilities with the lowest possible prices. We like to think of our kitchen as one of the highlights of the overall experience We offer traditional culinary, where all the ingredients are fresh and hand-picked from our garden. A wide variety of choices is brought to you, starting from oven baked bread, cheese and other fresh dairy, honey, fruits and veggies. For those who love meat, we suggest trying lamb prepared on roasting jack. No matter the choice, everything is prepared with love and dedication, just like our predecessors did.
