The farm-to-table restaurant serves food inspired by the traditional cuisine from the hearths where the “fustanella” has been worn for centuries and it's still worn. The menu is seasonal and based mainly on the fresh produce from the farm and a few trusted farmers. The meat, poultry, fish and the dairy products tend to come from similar organic businesses. The entrées are accompanied by a carefully chosen selection of wines and spirits, mainly local producers. No factory-made refreshments: only fresh home-made juice, syrup, and organic tea.
