Tried two of the dishes "Penne al Vodka" and "Di Take" that were on the menu. I really like that the menu has only few choices because it usually means that the ingredients will be fresh and he is a master in those. Even though we had to wait like 30 minutes for the pasta (not too much considering that he is the only one in the open kitchen), the restaurant has a warm and pleasant decor. The pasta was in a big portion, perfectly al dente and creamy (without cream/panna as it should be). The ingredients were all correct and fresh.
The chef looks so passionate. Prices may be higher than average but it's worth it.
Ps: Di Take was made with shrimps and has that seafood flavor.

I had been wanting to visit this restaurant for over a year, and today I finally did — and I can honestly say it was one of the best pastas I've ever had.
The chef was incredibly kind to let me in, even though I arrived just before closing time.
The portion was generous and the taste was absolutely delicious.
I will definitely come back as soon as I return to Albania!
