Absolutely best bar in Tirana! The cocktail menu is stunning, and everything we got tasted delicious, and the size was great. They have a big outside terrace which is great, you don’t have to stay too close to other people. The service was fast, and the presence of a security guy at the entrance is a big plus that helps avoiding badly educated people.

The hospitality at Colonial Tirana is one of the elements that make this place special. The staff is attentive, professional, and always ready to ensure that every guest feels welcomed. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, making each visit a pleasant and relaxing experience.

The place is beautiful, with lots of thoughtful details that make it special. However, the experience was not entirely pleasant. The person at the entrance was quite rude; we visited the restaurant on Saturday, October 12, 2024, and frankly, someone with such bad manners shouldn't be the first impression a customer gets at a place that puts so much effort into its appearance. When we asked for the bill, it was presented in a confusing way: part printed and part handwritten, which seemed suspicious. Upon reviewing it, we noticed we were being overcharged and had to complain. This left a bad impression regarding the transparency of the service. As for the food and drinks, the cocktails were the highlight of the night. We had four, and one of them, which is supposedly in the "top 5," was really excellent. However, the charcuterie and cheese board was very disappointing, with low-quality products, and the eggplant dish was just average. Something else that caught my attention was the responses to reviews. Many of them have an unprofessional tone, and it seems like the manager doesn't handle criticism well, even if it's constructive. That attitude says a lot about the management of the place and, in my opinion, is quite off-putting.
