Bujtina Jonë

Just outside Elbasan you’ll find Bujtina Jonë. The garden is full of fruit trees catering for every season. We had a light meal with the spice cheese sauce (nice and garlicky, loved it!) and a village salad, straight from the garden. The food came with delicious toasted bread. We were served so much more than we ordered. A bowl of fresh yoghurt, fruits from the garden and a lovely syrup and a red wine offered by the house. A pleasant place, with pleasant people and some fine food. Thank you 🙏🏼
